Who We Are
For over a decade, Wilbur Design + Construct has been transforming homes across Marquette and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. From full-scale custom builds to kitchen and bathroom renovations and thoughtful additions, we create spaces that are both functional and inspired, blending expert craftsmanship with thoughtful design.
As a design-build firm, we deliver seamless results by managing every aspect of your project under one roof. By keeping design and construction connected from concept to completion, we eliminate the guesswork, streamline communication, and ensure your vision is realized exactly as you imagined.
The company is owned and operated by Wilbur Jennings, who brings 25 years of industry experience, including over a decade specializing in residential remodeling. Wilbur personally oversees every project, ensuring precision, efficiency, and lasting quality. All creative design direction is led by his wife, Amy Jennings, a seasoned designer and space planner with over 20 years of experience. Amy’s expertise ensures that every home we touch is both functional and timeless.
Together, Wilbur, Amy, and their team provide a design-build experience that is collaborative, professional, and tailored to each client’s unique vision.
