Great Design Tells A Story
Measure + Consult
To begin our Design + Construct process, our team takes detailed measurements to build your floor plan and 3D model. We will then go through a questionnaire with our client, which helps us learn more about your home and how you engage with it daily.
Demo
Our demolition process consists of a detailed demo plan and extensive dust mitigation and cleanup.
Trade Meeting
Scheduled Trade Meetings allows us to bring subcontractors and other experts on site to assess the project in preparation for the construction proposal.
Construct Proposal
Our construction proposal reviews the scope of work, a timeline/schedule and estimate of the project.
Design
We meet with our client to review a proposed floor plan, inspiration board, and 3D rendering. Followed by a discussion of elevations, finishes and materials.
Construct
You get to sit back and relax while we work to coordinate and manage all of the appropriate subcontractors and vendors and oversee the work.
Photo Shoot
After all furnishings and decor are installed, we photograph your home. Adding to our portfolio is an important part of our process! We will create lived-in scenes showcasing your new space.
Goodbye
We hand off all warranty information, along with cleaning + care guides in a final goodbye packet.

My wife and I had been talking about updating our mid-1990’s main floor bathroom for a few years. When we were told of work Wilbur Construction was doing for a friend of ours, we became more interested in actually doing something ourselves. Wilbur and his wife, Amy, came to the house and spent a good amount of time with us to determine our likes and dislikes. They paid attention to the character of the rest of the house, did all the necessary measurements and seemed to really understand what we were looking for. The resulting proposal was the proof point of that judgement pretty much hitting the nail on the head. From that beginning, the expectations of the final result were high and the proof was in their work. Excellence is the word to describe their work ethic, skill set, attention to detail, communication, timeline and personnel. The bathroom became a virtual spa. Wilbur and Amy have become friends and we have spoken of them with many of our acquaintances. We would recommend them highly. In fact, my wife came to breakfast just a few mornings ago and said she blesses Wilbur every day for that shower.

We had a good experience with Wilbur Construction right from the beginning. Of the quotes we received on our project, his was the most clear and detailed. Wilbur was very good about working with us to bring the project cost in line with our budget while maintaining materials and design elements that were most important to us. And then the crew pretty much moved into our home and lives for the next few months. The team was skilled, hardworking, and just nice to have around, even while our home was in transition. Throughout the project Wilbur managed subcontractors effectively and worked with us at times when there were decisions to be made. When the project was complete, we were left with a beautiful and comfortable finished product. We love it! And as much as we love our finished home, we really do miss seeing the crew.
